Enterprise — your instance, your rules
For licensed and higher-risk firms that cannot sit on shared SaaS. A dedicated Bilenta instance, either on your infrastructure or on ours, with network access limited to addresses you approve.

What Enterprise adds on top of SaaS
- Dedicated instance: on your servers in a location you choose, or isolated on our side
- Strict IP allowlist — the app answers only from addresses you list
- 24/7 support in the contract
- Price follows company size, number of people using it, and operations volume; we evaluate and send an offer
- Same product: ledger, invoices, payroll, VAT, export and journal CSV import
Where it runs
You choose. Keep the instance in your own data centre or office network, or let us run an isolated stack (still in the EU unless the offer says otherwise). Standard SaaS stays on AWS eu-north-1 (Stockholm).
IP allowlist
Enterprise access is locked to a list of source IPs you give us. Offices, VPN egress and accounting-firm ranges — not the open internet.
Support
Enterprise includes 24/7 support. Standard SaaS is business-hours email at info@bilenta.com.
How we price it
There is no website tariff. We look at company size, how many people will log in, and the volume of operations, then send a written offer. Bookkeepers still have a separate partner track.
