By accessing or using Bilenta ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. The Service is provided by Bilenta ("we", "us", "our").

Bilenta is a cloud-based bookkeeping platform for businesses in Latvia, Bulgaria, and Montenegro. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with a free trial period.

Provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for credential confidentiality and for activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorised use. User accounts are personal — do not share them.

You retain all rights to data you enter. We don't claim ownership of your financial data, contacts, invoices, or business information. We process your data solely to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy. Export or delete at any time.

The Service offers a free trial period. Continued use after the trial requires a paid subscription. Prices in EUR, updated with 30 days notice. Fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

You may close your account at any time through settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, data is retained for the legally required period and then deleted. Export your data before closing.

The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability limited to amounts paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. The Service does not replace professional accounting or legal advice.

We may update these Terms. Material changes communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes resolved in the courts of Riga, Latvia. For users in Bulgaria and Montenegro, mandatory local consumer protection laws also apply.
